	- when RPL/2 process catchs RPL/SIGTERM, it tries to stop without calling
	RPL/SIGALARM. In particular, it runs ATEXIT function if it is available;
	- signal handlers are fixed to avoid spurious and very rare deadlocks;
	- pari is upgraded;
	- force CFLAGS for tools/file (-O2 -g) to avoid mmap() error;
